Although the Company is well subscribed it is our policy to be continuously on the lookout for new talent - this is not restricted to purely singing activities. Offstage activities are just as crucial as those performing to the audience and we welcome applications from anyone interested in being associated with the Society in this way.

Vocal auditions for membership as well applications for Offstage are held throughout the year and the Society is particularly keen to encourage younger members who may be new to the enjoyment that can be had from Gilbert & Sullivan performances.

Whilst being an Amateur Society we have always strived to achieve a professional quality to our productions. To this end we have been greatly assisted in achieving this over the years by the active support we have received from ex D’Oyly Carte members all of whom have commented very favourably on the results we achieve.

It is this mix of professional support, dedicated society membership and the opportunity to use the prestigious Swan Theatre at Stratford upon Avon that makes us one of the leading societies in the Midlands today.
